Section 1: Sizing

We try to give as much information in terms of sizing on all of our clothing descriptions.

Section 2: Delivery

We are proud to offer a selection of UK Mainland delivery options as well as International delivery.

UK Mainland Standard – £4.95

Royal Mail Second Class, expect to receive your delivery within 2-3 working days

UK Mainland Express – £9.95

Royal Mail First Class or DPD (Depending on item size and weight) If you place your order before 14:00 you will receive your items the next working day.

Collection in Store – Free

You can of course choose to collect your item from us directly at our store. At the checkout simply select the option and our team will be in touch to arrange a collection window.

What if I miss my delivery?

Not to worry! Our couriers will leave a delivery attempt card with details of re-delivery or collection from a local depot.

Where is my order?

If your estimated delivery day / time has passed and you have concerns of your order please contact us at info@lielle.co.uk

We can provide you with your tracking number. Please note tracking numbers are only available once our team has despatched your item. 

Section 3: Payment Methods

We are proud to offer a wide selection of payment options for our customers, and have worked hard to bring a variety or payment methods.

As standard we accept all major cards such as Visa, Visa Debit, Solo, Maestro and  Electron

We now offer Pay Later services from trusted providers Clearpay and Klarna, allowing you to split the payment of your items or even deffer payment for 30 days!

Section 4: ClearPay FAQ's

What is Clearpay

Clearpay allows you to split the payment of your basket total across four fortnightly payments, at the point of ordering you simply pay 25% of your basket value.


You add items to your basket totalling £80, you pay £20 when you checkout and then every fortnight an automatic payment of £20 is debited from your account by Clearpay.

Can I use Clearpay?

To use Clearpay you must be over 18, acceptance for a Clearpay account is a based in your current financial circumstances.

How do I use Clearpay?

At the checkout you can select the Clearpay option, which will direct you to clearpays application portal. You are asked to simply fill our a few brief credentials and get an instant approval decision.

Does it cost to use Clearpay?

There are no hidden costs with Clearpay. It is always zero interest and free when you make your payments on time. You will only pay fees if you make a payment late.

Section 5: Klarna FAQ'S

Klarna gives you the opportunity to shop now and pay nothing until 30 days after your item has been despatched. How good is that!

What is Klarna?

Sometimes you find yourself needing something new to wear for the weekend, and simply don’t have the funds to pay for it until payday. We’ve got you covered with ‘Buy Now, Pay Later’ with Klarna. It allows you to shop and pay for the item 30 days after its been despatched. You simply get an email from Klarna letting you know your payment is due. Even better there are no fees and no interest to pay. All you need to do is select Klarna when checking out.

Who are Klarna?

Klarna is a worldwide payment services provider used by over 205,000 stores.

Am I able to use Klarna?

To use Klarna you must be over 18 and acceptance is based on your financial circumstances. At the checkout Klarna perform a ‘soft’ credit search to assess your eligibility, which doesn’t affect your credit score at all.

How do I manage the payments for my order?

You can download the Klarna App on your smartphone or simply log in at www.klarna.com

What if Im not accepted for Klarna?

If you don’t get accepted for Pay Later services with Klarna, don’t worry! We have plenty of other options for payment including Clearpay!

Section 6: Returns

Made to Order / Made to Measure

We DO NOT accept refunds on any made to order items. However we are happy to offer an exchange or store credit note. 

We will of course make any alterations to your garment if this helps, however they will incur an additional fee.

General Returns

If an item arrives faulty or not as described then please get in touch with us so we can arrange an exchange. Please not if an item is returned in a unsellable / unfixable condition then only a partial refund will be offered. Items must be returned within 14 days of purchasing.
