RETURNS POLICY

Please check the returns policy for each section of our website carefully as our policies differ from product to product.

MADE TO ORDER

We do NOT accept refunds on Made To Order garments, however we do offer exchange or credit note. We can also make alterations to any made to order garment, however this will be an additional fee. 

MADE TO MEASURE
We do NOT accept refunds or exchanges on Bespoke or Made To Measure Garments, however we do accept alterations. Please note if you are requesting alterations that differ from you original order fees may apply. Fees will be priced upon request or return.

If an item is too small due to incorrect measurements then we can still alter this however there will be a remake fee. Please email customercare@lielle.co.uk to organise this.

General Information

  • If an item arrives and is faulty/not as described, then please contact us for an exchange. If an item is subsequently returned to us in an unsellable/unfixable condition due to no fault of Lielle then part refund can be offered, or you are welcome to keep the item. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving a garment if you believe it to be faulty.
  • Items must be unwashed and unworn with all tags intact
  • PLEASE NOTE the cost of returns/exchanges is not refunded
  • No accessories/swimwear/underwear will be eligible for refund or exchange

How to return a garment:

  • We are a paperless company and so in order to return an item, you will need to print our form witch is situated on our website. 
  • Package this up together with the item and securely close the package.
  • If you wish to exchange an item please contact us to ensure the other item is in stock.
  • We advise all items are sent with a tracked/signed for service, we take no responsibility for lost returns.
  • If you order arrives to us after the 14 days we will NOT refund nor exchange this. Should there be a legitimate reason for late return please contact us and this can be organised under management discretion.
  • PLEASE NOTE the cost of returns/exchanges is not refunded
  • If the garment you wish to return is Made to Order, please note we do NOT offer refunds, it is exchange or credit note only.
