DELIVERY

As all our garments are handmade to order, they take 7-10 working days to be completed from the date of purchase, this does not include shipping time. We use a trackable Royal mail delivery service, which takes 3-5 working days on standard delivery (UK Mainland Only). Orders do not take 7-10 days to make; our lead-time is due to the volume of orders we receive, so please be aware of this when you are purchasing any garment. If you need your item for a specific date please get in touch via email or social media to see if there is anything we can do to help. If you have any concerns regarding the whereabouts of your parcel, please do not hesitate to get in touch via email and we can provide you with your tracking number. If you do not collect your parcel and it is sent back to us, you will be required pay an additional postage charge for your order to be shipped again. 

Recently we have introduced a ‘fast track’ option for anybody who needs a garment for a specific date, you can pay a fee of £10 to ‘jump the queue’ and your order will become a priority and you will receive it on the date you require. However, please email or get in touch before selecting this option to see if your order is eligible for this process. 

UK STANDARD DELIVERY - 4.95
Your order will be delivered via Royal Mail First Class delivery. Deliveries will be made within 4 days of placing your order (excluding Weekends) e.g. If you order on Wednesday your goods will be delivered by the following Tuesday.
UK Express DELIVERY – 9.95
Your order will be delivered via Royal Mail Special Delivery. If you order by 2pm Monday to Friday you will receive your goods before 1pm the next working day. A signature will be required upon receipt. If you are not around to take delivery of your parcel, a delivery card will be left and your parcel will be taken to your local sorting office for collection.
LOCAL PICK UP - Free of Charge
As all orders are made to order, once your order is complete you’ll be contacted that you order is now ready to collect. Opening hours of Lielle HQ will vary so please contact us at customercare@lielle.co.uk to organise a pick up time. Please note, please do not turn up unannounced as our office may be closed.
