UK Standard Delivery
£4.95 or FREE on all order over £100. Free Delivery on order over £100 will be added automatically at the checkout. Please allow 1-3 working days.
UK Next Day Delivery
Please email us on firstname.lastname@example.org to check if your purchase/s qualifies for our next day service. Next day delivery is £9.95 via DPD. All orders requesting next day must be placed before 2pm.
UK Saturday Delivery
Please email us on email@example.com to check if your purchase/s qualifies for our Saturday delivery service. Guaranteed Saturday delivery is £15.00 All orders requesting Saturday delivery must be placed before 2pm.
*Orders placed after 3pm will be processed the following working day.
UK orders are sent via a track and sign service so please consider this when selecting a delivery address.
Orders are NOT processed on Saturdays, Sundays or UK Bank Holidays.
DPD do NOT deliver to PO Box addresses.

International Royal Mail Tracked & Signed
Processed and shipped with 48 hours of purchase, international delivery is £15.00 or FREE for orders over £150. Please allow 10-30 days depending on which area of the world you are. We promise our pieces will be worth your wait!

When will my order be sent?
We aim to process and ship your order as quickly as possible, and use all reasonable means to ensure that your order is delivered to you within the time frame stated above. Please note Lielle cannot accept responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances out of our control. Should we be experiencing any delays our end we will be sure to inform you. During sales or busy periods deliveries may take an additional 2-3 working days.
How do i track my order?
All orders shipped via DPD will be notified with a tracking number via text or email. Please ensure you details you input at check-out are correct to receives this notifications. All order sent via Royal Mail (International) please contact us if you require your tracking number and shipping details.
I have missed my delivery, what should i do?
Please use a delivery address where there will be someone in to receive your order, as all our shipments are sent via a signed for service. Be it a work address or family members. However if you are out, the delivery company will leave a notice to inform you of where your parcel is and indicate what the next steps are (redelivered the next day or collection from the depot or the like).
You are able to instruct up to 50 characters within your order regarding your delivery for the courier company, however please note that Lielle Womenswear do not accept liability for any delivery instructions issued to the delivery company. If you request your delivery be left in a ‘safe place’, we can not accept responsibility if you fail to receive your parcel.
Should your parcel be undeliverable to you by the courier or postal service your order will be held for as period of time are the companies collection point. Should you fail to collect your item the order will be returned to sender (us). This item will be automatically refunded, minus the shipping costs [and returned to stock. If you wish to purchase the item/s again please do so via the website.
